We are looking for Sales Engineers with Industrial Equipment sales exp for Ahmedabad & Mumbai Location.

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting to: Sales Manager
KPI
• Lead Generation & Networking: Actively identify new business opportunities through consistent customer visits, participation in industry exhibitions, and professional networking to expand market presence.
• Technical Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including handling initial inquiries, preparing techno-commercial offers, conducting product demonstrations, and leading final negotiations.
• Order & Logistics Management: Oversee administrative milestones such as processing purchase orders, coordinating timely material delivery, and ensuring the collection of payments and statutory documents.
• Customer Support & Training: Ensure long-term satisfaction through post-sales care, including technical maintenance coordination, equipment operator training, and rapid resolution of customer complaints.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop monthly sales and travel itineraries; provide management with daily activity reports and actionable competitor
intelligence.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturers, consultants, and machine builders.
Candidate Profile
• Education: BE or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in industrial sales.
• Skills: Strong technical aptitude, negotiation skills, and ability to travel extensively within the region.
