Designation : MEP Engineer 

Exp : 2- 6 yrs

Locations – Gurgaon, Haryana Location

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 6 days

Office Timing – 10.00 AM to 6.30 pm

Gender -Male.

Job Summary                                                 

We are looking for an MEP Engineer to manage on-site execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The role involves coordinating multiple disciplines, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within defined schedules.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Handle projects across Retail, Commercial, Warehouses, Data Centres, Offices, Logistics Parks, Industrial, and Hospitality sectors. 
  • manage and coordinate MEP works for fit-out and turnkey projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems. 
  • Ensure MEP installations are executed as per approved drawings and technical standards. 
  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to avoid clashes and delays. 
  • Prepare and review BOQs for MEP works and support procurement and billing activities. 
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance at site. 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions. 
  • Maintain MEP documentation including DPRs, test reports, and handover documents. 
  • Prepare and review BOQs covering materials, quantities, cable lengths, devices, labour, taxes, and margins. 
  • Coordinate with vendors for rate discussions, material delivery, quality control, and billing. 
  • Act as the point of contact for clients and manage site-level coordination and changes. 
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting (DPR, WPR, MPR, trackers, and handover documents) and be willing to travel Pan-India for project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 2–6 years of experience in MEP project execution. 
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, electrical, and plumbing systems. 
  • Experience in BOQ preparation, site coordination, and documentation. 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
