Hiring for Operations Head

Location: India

CTC: Up to 35 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and manage end-to-end operations for a growing organization in the food industry. The role involves overseeing production, supply chain, quality, compliance, and cost optimization while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall operations including production, procurement, logistics, and supply chain
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost control
  • Manage plant operations, workforce planning, and vendor management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
  • Support expansion and scalability initiatives

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in senior operations roles within the food industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
  • Experience in GCC / international markets preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities

Compensation:
Up to 35 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise
