Location: India (Hybrid / On-site – as per business needs)
CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA
Industry: Manufacturing (Italian MNC)
Reporting to: Global CIO / Managing Director

About the Company

Our client is a well-established Italy-headquartered multinational organization with global operations. As part of their digital transformation and India growth strategy, they are looking to hire an experienced IT Director to lead enterprise IT, infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with global and India business objectives
• Lead ERP, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application systems
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and global technology partners
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and system integration initiatives
• Ensure data security, compliance, and IT governance standards
• Act as a key IT business partner to senior leadership and global stakeholders
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong exposure to global / multinational environments
• Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred), cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
• Proven track record in IT transformation and large-scale system implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience working with European / Italian HQ teams is a strong advantage
