Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams across projects
  • Define and drive engineering strategy aligned with business goals
  • Oversee project delivery, quality standards, and timelines
  • Collaborate with leadership on technology roadmap and innovation
  • Mentor senior engineers and build high-performance teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Support business development through technical expertise and client engagement

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in engineering services or product engineering
  • Proven leadership experience managing large engineering teams
  • Strong exposure to project delivery, design, and engineering operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
