Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Director of Social Media to lead our digital presence for a growing US-based packaging company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation through innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Lead content planning, storytelling, and campaign execution for B2B packaging solutions
• Manage and mentor social media, design, and content teams (internal and external)
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support business growth
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Oversee brand voice, consistency, and compliance across all social channels
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior social media or digital leadership role
• Strong background in B2B marketing, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Excellent understanding of content strategy, paid media, analytics, and brand management
• Experience managing teams, agencies, and large-scale campaigns
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• US-based candidate with market and audience understanding
