Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Director – Brand to lead and drive the overall brand strategy for a leading garment company in India. The role will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, enhancing market presence, and driving growth across channels. This includes brand positioning, marketing strategy, communication, product storytelling, and collaboration with design, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute end-to-end brand strategy aligned with business goals

  • Strengthen brand visibility across retail, digital, and wholesale channels

  • Lead brand communication, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies

  • Work closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams

  • Manage agencies, creative partners, and internal brand teams

  • Track brand performance, market trends, and consumer insights

Desired Profile:

  • 12–18+ years of experience in brand leadership within the garment/fashion/apparel industry

  • Strong understanding of fashion branding, consumer behavior, and market trends

  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful brands

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills
