Hiring for -Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Delhi (NCR)
CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a growing research organization. The CEO will be responsible for defining strategic direction, driving business growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s short- and long-term business strategy
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
  • Lead and mentor senior leadership teams
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee research quality, delivery standards, and compliance
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and service offerings
  • Ensure effective governance, financial discipline, and risk management

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as CEO / Business Head / Managing Director in the research or consulting industry
  • Strong understanding of market research, analytics, or advisory services
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to represent the organization at board and client levels

Education

  • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

Compensation

  • CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA (commensurate with experience and performance)
