Hiring for Asia Sales Head

Location: Delhi, India
CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA
Industry: Electrical Manufacturing

A leading electrical manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Asia Sales Head to drive regional business growth, expand market presence, and lead strategic sales initiatives across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across Asian markets
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets
  • Build and manage distributor & channel partner networks
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand business presence
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business (MBA preferred)
  • 15 to 25 years of sales leadership experience in electrical manufacturing or related industry
  • Proven experience handling international/Asia markets
  • Strong channel development and key account management skills
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
