CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Director – Service to lead end-to-end after-sales service operations for a leading machinery manufacturing company. This role will drive service strategy, customer satisfaion, and operational excellence across India.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nationwide service operations & field service teams
• Develop and execute after-sales service strategy
• Ensure high customer satisfaction & SLA adherence
• Manage service P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization
• Drive spare parts business and service revenue growth
• Implement process improvements, digital tools & automation
• Build and mentor high-performing service teams

Requirements:
• 12–18 years of experience in machinery / industrial equipment / manufacturing
• Strong leadership in after-sales/service operations
• Experience managing large field service networks
• Proven track record in service revenue growth & customer management
• Excellent stakeholder management & strategic thinking
