Position: Head – Exports (Yarn Business)

CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Head – Exports to lead and expand our global yarn business. The role involves driving international sales, developing new markets, and managing key client relationships across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export strategies for yarn products across global markets
• Identify and expand business in regions like Europe, Turkey, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and the Middle East
• Manage end-to-end export operations including pricing, negotiations, and order finalization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and distributors
• Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation

Key Requirements:

• 12–18 years of experience in yarn/textile exports
• Strong network with international buyers and sourcing agents
• Proven track record in export sales growth
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of yarn products (cotton, blended, specialty yarns)
• Experience in handling large-volume export orders

Preferred Profile:

• Background in textile/spinning industry
• Exposure to global markets and export documentation
• Leadership experience in managing export teams
