Position: Finance Director – Manufacturing Company

Location: NCR (Delhi/NCR)

Experience: 15–20+ Years
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of a well-established manufacturing company in NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury and Controllership functions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and MIS.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital and cost control.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the MD/CEO and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, Ind AS and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Manage banking relationships and treasury operations.
• Drive cost optimization and improve financial and operational efficiency.
• Support capex planning, business expansion and other strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounts team.

Candidate Profile:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 15–20+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, treasury, compliance and controllership.
• Excellent understanding of working capital and profitability management.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working closely with MD/CEO/Promoters/Board will be preferred.
