A leading EPC company in India is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Chief Mining Officer (CMO) for their Mining & Metals division.

Location: India
Industry: Mining, Minerals & Metals / EPC

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end mining operations across large-scale projects
• Drive operational excellence, production targets & cost optimization
• Develop and implement strategic mining plans and expansion initiatives
• Oversee mine planning, drilling, blasting, excavation & production activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental & statutory regulations
• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, maintenance, projects & technical services
• Drive productivity improvement, sustainability & business growth initiatives
• Coordinate with senior management, government authorities & stakeholders

Preferred Profile:
• Strong leadership experience in Mining & Metals industry
• Proven expertise in handling large mining operations/projects
• Exposure to EPC/mining infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong understanding of mine operations, production planning & safety standards
• Excellent strategic planning and team management skills

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• First Class Mine Manager Certificate preferred
