We are hiring for the below mentioned profile
 
Designation: Claim Adjudicator/Claim Reviewer
Location: Remote
Experience: 3+Years
Position: Permanent
 
About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Claim Adjudicator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and adjudicating claims related to accidental damage & extended warranty of devices, ensuring fair and accurate claim resolutions while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Claims Processing:
  • Review, evaluate, and adjudicate claims for accidental damage and extended warranty to
devices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Determine the validity of claims by examining customer statement, supporting documents, including invoices, photos, and technical/repair reports.
  • Understanding the various policy terms, conditions, exclusions is critical in adjudicating
claims. These adjudicating decisions will need to be defended in consumer departments.
  • Calculate claim & excess payments based on policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
 
Customer Interaction:
  • Communicate with claimants to gather necessary information and clarify claim details.
  • Provide claimants with updates on claim status and explain decisions in a clear and
professional manner.
 
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of
claims.
  • Liaise with repair centres and third-party vendors to verify repair costs and service quality.
 
Skills Required:
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Driving License holder will be given preference.
