We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients in Leather products Manufacturing Industry for the below mentioned profile

Designation: Quality Controller

Location: Remote

Experience: 6+Years

Position: Permanent

About the Role:

The Person will be working alongside company’s Design and Buying teams to ensure the products meet the highest standards across all stages of production, and ultimately, help make the brand the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly travel to Kanpur and Gurgaon to conduct on-site QC activities at supplier facilities
• Plan and execute Spot QC, Inline QC and Final QC inspections for equestrian textile and leather products
• Identify, highlight and resolve quality issues observed during production
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring defects.
• Work closely with the Design team to ensure products align with approved tech packs, specifications, and feedback.
• Conduct random quality checks across various production stages to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure all finished goods dispatched from suppliers meet our internal quality benchmarks.
• Verify packing, labelling and product presentation before shipment as per our approved guidelines
• Maintain comprehensive QC reports, inspection records and track follow-ups on corrective actions.
• Provide actionable feedback and improvement suggestions to both supplier and internal stakeholders to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience working as a QC, specifically within textiles or leather manufacturing.
• Demonstrable understanding of quality control processes and standards in export manufacturing.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadline
