Job Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational culture and change management.
- Lead HR planning to support expansion, workforce planning, and business continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR policies, procedures, and systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical, engineering, and support roles.
- Oversee and Build talent pipelines for key technical and leadership positions.
- Oversee and ensure the team continuously improves and implements effective onboarding programs to foster conducive environment for new employees.
Performance Management
- Bring Compliance to performance management systems to drive accountability and results.
- Promote career pathing and succession planning across departments
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Foster a positive, healthy, safe and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures with fairness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Benchmark roles and packages to industry standards, especially for engineering talent.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
HR Operations & Analytics
- Oversee HR systems, processes, and data accuracy.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that meet legal requirements and best practices.
- Manage HR-related risks and ensure appropriate measures are in place to mitigate them.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities and performance to senior management
Skills Required:
- Strong familiarity with Indian labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance practices.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast growing and dynamic environment
