Designation: – Accounts Executive

Industry: Chemicals/PetroChemical/Plastic/Rubber

Qualification– B.com, M.com      

 Job Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Asst. General Manager Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

•         Handling the day to day Accounting Cash, Payment, Receipt Journal Voucheretc.
•         Preparing bank Reconciliation on Daily basis.
•         Prepare the Import Payment and Local Payment to Supplier and Vendor
•         Prepare the Customer accounts Reconciliation
•         Preparing the MIS Report on Monthly basis (BS, PL, Segment Report etc.)
•         Preparing the TDS, PF and ESI other Statutory Compliance and Payment
•         Preparing the GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B Every Month and GST Payment
•         Preparing the Shipment wise detail on Daily basis.
•         Preparing the Reconciliation sheet of Telephone, Prepaid Expenses, SecurityDeposit Etc.
•         Issuing the Credit Note and Debit Note.
•         Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and Depreciation Calculation.
•         Maintain and open the LC through Bank
•         Coordinate with Bank and Provide the report (Stock Report, DDR, Foreign Currency Exposure etc.)
•         Control over Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
•         Coordinate with Auditors for Internal and External Audit.
•         Statutory Compliances for ROC matter.
•         All other work as per required by the Company
•         Filing of documents

•         Good Communication Proficiency

•         Self-Motivated

Skills Must be Required:

•         Exposure to GST TDS
•         Prefer to have Exposure to SAP
•         Good Knowledge of Accounting, PF, ESI
