We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients who is into Architecture & Interior Design Consultant  for the below mentioned profile.

Designation: 3D visualizer

 Location: Kochi, Kerala

Experience: 5 yrs

Position: Permanent.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D visualizer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for modelling, texturing, and lighting for photo realistic render for interior design. You will work closely with designers, architects, and other technical staff to create high-quality renders of interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations for architectural, interior design, and product visualization projects.
  • Develop and maintain 3D models, textures, and materials to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to understand project goals and deliverables.
  • Design and implement visually appealing lighting, shading, and rendering techniques.
  • Edit and enhance 3D visuals using image editing software (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Manage project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent project quality.

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in 3D modelling in furniture and organic models ( 3ds Max , SketchUp ..Etc).
  • Strong understanding of rendering engines ( Corona, V-ray).
  • Familiarity with texture and material creation tools
  • Knowledge of animation and dynamics principles (corona render, D5 render )
  • Experience with post-production techniques (Photoshop colour grading, compositing).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and software developments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Visual Arts, or a related field(or equivalent work experience)
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design,
  • Technical Skills: 3Ds max, corona render, AutoCAD (other software’slike Blender. Etc is a plus)
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
