Job Description
We are seeking a qualified sales manager to help keep our revenue engine running through their own skill and the leadership of a team of driven sales representatives. Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities
Support the learning and development of the sales team
Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Required Skills
Experience managing sales teams
Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
