Designation: Sales Manager-HMG 

Location: New Delhi

Experience:10+  yrs

Position: Permanent.

Organizational Unit: India Subsidiary

Reporting To: GM Sales

Location: India

Job Purpose

The HMG Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets across India and coordinating with regional sales teams to drive HMG business growth. The role ensures strong customer engagement, market development, and alignment with organizational sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and visit key and potential customers across India.
  • Maintain regular discussions with the GM and MD of ComAp India and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update a database of important OEMs, customers, and consultants; conduct periodic visits.
  • Develop regional case studies and success stories.
  • Conduct training sessions and technical discussions with consultants to ensure ComAp
  • products are specified in projects.
  • Participate in business development activities, trade shows, and seminars to identify new customers and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets; regularly update HMG sales plans.
  • Submit monthly reports to the GM covering key activities, opportunities, and project progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for opportunities and sales visits.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence related to market share, customers, OEMs, and competitors.
  • Share market insights with GM and relevant ComAp personnel.
  • Plan business travel to meet sales targets and personal performance goals.
  • Prepare techno-commercial quotations independently or with the technical team.
  • Provide high-level technical and commercial training to customers.

Requirements

  • Education- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
  • Experience-Minimum 3+ years in sales within the HMG or related field
  • Maximum 10 years total experience
  • Experience in the energy and/or automation industry preferred
