We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who is a Fire fighting Manufacturing company  for the below mentioned position

Designation: Purchase Executive

Location: Sriperambadur

Experience: 2+  yrs

Position: Permanent.

Eligibility criteria. • B-com/BBA/MBA 

• 2+yrs Years’ experience in procurement 
• Proficiency in MS Excel,Oracle. 
• Fluency in English, local language.
• Strong connections with vendors in fire protection field 
• Ideal candidate shall be a native of Tamilnadu/Kerala.

Job Profile: 

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, negotiate contract terms, and build lasting relationships. 
• Procurement & Ordering: Process purchase requisitions, Vendor registrations, issue purchase orders (POs), and manage the purchasing lifecycle, including tracking deliveries. 
• Cost & Quality Optimization: Analyse market trends & perform effective negotiations with vendors to optimize procurement costs, perform vendor ratings based on service and product quality, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier agreements, while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.
