JOB PURPOSE

 

Candidate is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. They must have deep

understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies and apply the sales

and solution expertise.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify Potential Leads: Use LinkedIn and various lead generation tools to identify organizations

that may benefit from enhanced security measures.

Personalized Communication: Craft personalized emails and messages that address specific

cybersecurity challenges faced by potential clients.

Partnerships and Alliances: Collaborate with Tech Partners: Form partnerships with other

technology companies to offer bundled solutions that address comprehensive security needs.

Industry Associations: Engage with industry associations and participate in their events to network

and generate leads.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Assist in developing and executing data-driven sales strategies

using CRM tools and analytics platforms. Collaborate with the team to identify and target potential

clients based on cybersecurity needs and threat landscapes.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

through regular technical reviews and security assessments. Address client inquiries by providing

detailed technical solutions and cybersecurity recommendations.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research using cybersecurity intelligence tools to

identify new business opportunities. Analyze industry trends, emerging threats, and competitor

activities to inform sales strategies.

 

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports using BI tools, highlighting key metrics

such as conversion rates, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Track sales metrics and KPIs using

dashboards to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Team Support: Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing technical training on

cybersecurity products and solutions. Mentor junior sales staff on technical aspects of cybersecurity

and sales techniques.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s cybersecurity products and services, including

threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management solutions. Educate clients on the

technical benefits and features of these products, including integration capabilities and compliance

standards.

Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals by providing technical

justifications and ROI analyses. Ensure all sales agreements comply with company policies and

industry regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.

Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback using technical support tickets and

satisfaction surveys to improve products and services. Work with the product development team to

address client concerns and enhance product features based on technical requirements.

Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences,

delivering technical presentations and demonstrations. Network with potential clients and partners,

discussing technical aspects of cybersecurity solutions.

Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to sales activities, including CRM data

entry and contract management. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of technical

sales processes and client interactions.

 

SYSTEM/TOOL SKILLS:

Corporate Sales experience in IT or Cyber Security

CRM OD understanding for pipeline tracking & reporting, MS Office proficiency

Creating & updating account plan

Understanding effort estimation & pricing methods. Bill of materials

Internal People soft(PS) for approvals & expense claims, Knowledge Management System (KMS) &

Internal social media for learning & sharing

 

Office Timing – 9 to 6PM

Working days – 6 days
