Position Title :  Digital Marketing Manager

Work Location  :  Remote

Exp- 7+ yrs in B2B Marketing (SaaS experience preferred)

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with strong B2B marketing experience to lead our digital marketing efforts, primarily focusing on email marketing, SEO and creative content development. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, with a flair for crafting compelling messages that resonate with professional UK audiences. Prior experience in the B2B SaaS sector, especially within the European market (UK ideally), is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • · Email Marketing Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimise targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
  • · Content & Creative Development: Develop engaging graphics, visuals, and written content for email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and social media platforms.
  • · Lead Generation & Nurturing: Use digital marketing channels to attract and nurture B2B leads, working closely with sales to drive high-quality pipeline growth.
  • · Marketing Automation & CRM: Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot) to build effective workflows, monitor performance, and optimize campaign strategies.
  • · Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign metrics to report on ROI and performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • · Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for content innovation within the SaaS and broader B2B landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

  • · B2B Marketing Expertise: 3-5 years of commercial experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on SaaS or technology companies in Europe.
  • · Email Marketing & Content Development: Demonstrated success in building and executing email marketing campaigns and creating relevant, high-quality content for B2B audiences.
  • · Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive messages.
  • · Creative & Design Skills: Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visuals that align with campaign goals.
  • · Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with data analysis tools and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • · Marketing Automation: Experience with tools like HubSpot or similar for managing email marketing and lead nurturing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • · B2B SaaS Experience: Prior experience working with B2B SaaS products or platforms, ideally targeting European markets.
  • · SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles to support content strategy.
  • · Social Media Proficiency: Knowledge of LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms for targeted content promotion and brand awareness.
