Job Summary

 Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource

allocation, and quality control, to ensure the timely delivery of top-notch products.

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to optimize efficiency,

minimize waste, and achieve production targets.

• Lead and inspire a team of production supervisors and workers, fostering a

culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related challenges.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
