Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to lead our efforts in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & executing business growth plans and Promoting company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the MENA market.
  2. Driving business development by acquiring new customers and conducting market research to find new markets and client requirements
  3. Market Penetration, Build and maintain strategic partnerships & Liaison between customer and project delivery team for successful completion of project.
  4. Developing New Revenue Sources and Conceptualizing and executing promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility
  5. Leading product pricing, sales, and revenue targets and performance reviews projection to the board; driving business growth & ROI
  6. P&L Management & EBIDTA Growth
  7. Building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and developing employee potential.

 

Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in business development/sales in MENA Market
  2. Strong understanding of the lithium-ion battery and related applications
  3. Proven track record of driving business growth
  4. Excellent leadership, Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:   B.E / B.Tech./ MBA or equivalent
