The Head of Fundraising is responsible for creating and executing strategies to raise capital for construction projects, fostering relationships with investors/partners, and aligning financial goals with the company’s development pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities

1. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Head of Fundraising.
2. The role primarily involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building and maintaining relationships with major investors and organizations, and aligning fundraising goals with the company’s vision.
3. The Head of Fundraising will also lead campaigns, oversensitiveness, and ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders to maximize investments.
4. Strategic Fundraising: Develop and implement multifaceted strategies to raise funds for major construction, residential, or commercial projects. 
5. Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with major investors, private equity firms, financial institutions, and government representatives. 
6. Proposal Development: Create compelling project proposals, pitch decks, and investment memorandums to attract funding. 
7. Project Evaluation: Work closely with the business development and project teams to assess market potential and financial feasibility of new initiatives. 
8. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with regulations and provide regular reports to the senior management team on income and progress. 
9. Market Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• · 12+ yrs experience in Fundraising and working with angel investment networks
• · Strong relationship-building skills with Major Investor, Family offices and VCs
• · Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
• · Strategic thinking and leadership abilities to develop proposals
• · Proficiency in developing and executing required documents
• · Knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is an added advantage
• · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Investment Management, Business Administration, or a related field..
