Designation :  Sales Manager

Locations –   Bangalore and NOida LOcation

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 6 Days

Office Timing – 9.00 – 5.30 PM IST

Educational Qualifications

  • B-TEC in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Preferred MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Skills & Competencies 

  • Strong technical understanding of HEPA filters, FFU systems, cleanroom classifications, HVAC and air filtration technologies. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach. 
  • Leadership capability with experience in managing and developing sales teams. 
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Promote and sell HEPA Filters, FFUs, Cleanroom Equipment, and Air Filtration Products. ➢ Develop territory-wise sales plans and annual business strategies. 
  • Generate new business through direct sales, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners. 
  • Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures. 
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, sales pipeline reports, and business reviews for management. 
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders. 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
  •  Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and networking events. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards. 
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities using CRM software.
