Designation : BIM Manager 

Exp : 10 + yrs

Locations –  Ahmedabad, Gujarat ( Work from Office)

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 5 days

Office Timing – 10.00 AM to 07.00 PM

Gender – Both

Role Overview

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM strategy, standards, and delivery across infrastructure and building projects. This is a leadership role where you’ll work closely with design, engineering, and management teams to elevate BIM maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage BIM delivery
  • Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BEPs
  • Oversee model quality, coordination, and clash detection across disciplines
  • Mentor and manage a team of BIM engineers and coordinators
  • Act as the BIM point of contact for internal stakeholders and global clients
  • Drive process optimization and adoption of BIM best practices aligned with international standards.

Required Expertise

  • 10+ years of hands-on BIM experience, with strong exposure to civil & structural domains
  • Proven expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks
  • Strong understanding of BIM execution, coordination, and information management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling BIM teams
  • Ability to set up BIM frameworks from scratch and drive organizational change
