Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee all construction operations, ensure project efficiency, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical construction knowledge, and experience managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple construction projects.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet company goals and deadlines.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff.

• Drive business development and tendering opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in construction with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and budgeting.
