Job Summary:
The CFO is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The CFO provides strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team and ensures the company’s financial health and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Analyze financial performance and develop strategies for growth
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Lead finance, accounting, and audit teams
  • Advise on investment strategies and funding options

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management
  • CPA, CA, or MBA in Finance preferred
