Position Title :  Estimator (Cost Estimation)

Work Location  : Remote

Shift : Night Shift  9 PM – 5 AM

Exp- Minimum  : 5+ yrs

Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator to work remotely during the night shift. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, with proficiency in PlanSwift or similar software. Strong communication and written English skills are essential to ensure clear, precise, and effective collaboration across remote teams and clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare detailed material and cost estimates. • Use PlanSwift or similar software to generate estimates and analyze data. 
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to refine project costs. 
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms with remote team members and clients.
• Update estimates as required based on changes in project scope or design. 
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions. 

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role. 
• Proficiency in PlanSwift or similar estimating software. 
• Strong communication and written English skills. 
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift schedules (9 PM – 5 AM).
