Performance Management Consultant | Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Management Consultant to design, implement, and optimize performance management frameworks for clients in Oil & Gas industry. The consultant will work closely with various stakeholders to align organizational goals, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires expertise in refining KPIs, leveraging data analytics, and integrating technology solutions to enhance business performance across various functions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and IT, to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current performance measurement systems and recommend improvements.
  • Advise clients on setting performance targets and thresholds to align with strategic goals.
  • Develop and refine KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Design dashboards and visualization tools using platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Propose innovative solutions for performance management leveraging the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, and functional teams to define performance objectives and accountability structures.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of KPI methodologies and performance management tools.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of performance management systems from requirements gatherings to deployment.
  • Provide post implementation support, including troubleshooting and system optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Industry experience in oil and gas, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance management, KPI design, or operational excellence roles, preferably in consulting or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with advanced technologies such as AI/ML for predictive analytics.
