JOB PURPOSE
MAIN PURPOSE
Managing the day-to-day retail/store operations of the Lladró boutique in accordance to brand standards. Improve commercial performance by increasing sales turnover and maximizing profitability. Primarily responsible for Retail/store Sales. The role will also involve Business Development and making Corporate Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exceeding Sales Budget
- Converting Project Business through Interior Designers & Architects
- Providing effective leadership – Managing and motivating team to increase sales
- Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
- Making monthly and weekly sales plans, ensuring execution, delivering needed results
- Expanding HNI Database – Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained
- Defining strategy actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
Education
- Education. Bachelor / Masters – Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales)
- Experience: 6 plus years of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brands out of which 3+ years in a managerial position.
- Languages: Fluent English & Hindi
- Skills required:
- Organized & process oriented
- Brand Image Concerned
- Ability to write reports
- Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Serious, proactive and can handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
- Strong computer & analytical skills
