Job description..

A person having experience of the following can be suitable to look after our trade finance activities.

• – Knowledge of imports and exports flowchart

• – Dealings with Customs clearing agents, Cargo handling agencies and Investigation agencies for sampling etc.

• – Knowledge of trade regulations like E-way bills, GST, TDS and TCS etc. and filing of their returns periodically

• – Financing of trade from Banks through LC opening, LC discounting and of availing LC limits 

• – Proper Accounting of trade deals in the books

• – To prepare and check trade agreements and to Inspect trade documents to maintain compliance with terms.

•  – Review trade clearing and settlement processes to ensure all accounts are updated and settlement of moneys is attended to

Additional knowledge required if this person is to handle accounting / secretarial matters also.

• – Accounting and Tally software

• – Income tax and filing IT returns

•  – Bank Reconciliations

•  – Company Law / Preparation of Minutes etc.

•  – Corporate compliances.

Office Timing : 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Working Days : 5 days
