Job Description

Designation : Test Analyst – Non-Functional & Automation Support 

Exp 2+ yrs

Location – Remote 

 

Role Summary:

 

 This tester focuses on non-functional testing (performance, accessibility, usability, etc.) and supports the integration of no-code automation. They act as a bridge between test planning and tool configuration for automation. As we scale they will also be responsible to support Functional & Integration Testing initially.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Execute non-functional testing including load, stress, accessibility, and compatibility. 
  • Support implementation and configuration of no-code automation tools. 
  • Create and maintain automated test cases using selected platforms. 
  • Provide analysis of non-functional test results and work with developers to resolve issues. 
  • Contribute to regression testing coverage for each release.

 

Skills & Experience: 

 

  • Experience with non-functional testing methods and tools. 
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (or willingness to learn quickly). 
  • Understanding of performance KPIs and test metrics. 
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a bonus. 
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

 

Tools & Platforms (Recommended): 

 

  • Test Management: Azure DevOps Test Plans 
  • Automation: No-code testing platforms 
  • Bug Tracking: Jira, Azure DevOps 
  • Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Confluence 
  • UAT: JIRA & Planner for coordination
