Job Description

Designation : Test Analyst – Functional & Integration Testing

Exp 2+ yrs

Location – Remote 

 

Role Summary: 

 

 This role focuses on hands-on testing of the core functionality of the portal and related systems, including test case development and execution across business workflows and system integrations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute detailed test cases for user stories and system flows. 
  • Test APIs and system integrations (e.g., with third-party data services or compliance tools). 
  • Log, track, and help triage bugs, including root cause analysis in collaboration with developers. 
  • Assist in defining acceptance criteria alongside product and business teams. 
  • Support exploratory testing efforts and sprint-based QA reviews.

 

Skills & Experience: 

 

  • 2+ years of experience in functional and integration testing. 
  • Experience writing clear test cases and managing test data. 
  • Basic understanding of APIs and common tax system workflows. 
  • Exposure to compliance or regulated environments is a plus. 
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in defect identification.
