About the role

 

Opportunity is there for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Business Manager to expand our Industrial Reliability Division in the North region. The candidate will have an opportunity  for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of industrial reliability solutions and a proactive approach to market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

o Business Development & Sales Growth:

  • Identify and target potential customers in the North region to expand market reach.
  • Promote and sellAcoem’s Industrial Reliability solutions, including condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and predictive maintenance products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

o Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as manufacturing, power, oil & gas, and heavy engineering.
  • Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support and regular engagement.

o Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team for strategy enhancement.

o Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with the internal teams, including marketing, service, and product specialists, to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide insights on market trends.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
