Job role:- Sr.Service Manager-North & East region
Technical education:- Degree in Electrical field
Preference:- 6-10 years of experience in the coffee industry and handling team
Gender – Male
Key Requirements:-
- Significant experience in the coffee industry, including a strong understanding of coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders and other coffee related equipment.
- Proven leadership and management skills with ability to oversee and develop service teams.
- A track record of successfully addressing technical issues and reducing service call resolution times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with customers effectively.
- A commitment to delivering top-quality service and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt to evolving technology and industry trends.
Office Timing : 9.30 to 6.30 PM
Working days : Mon to Sat // 2nd and 4th Saturday off
