Job Description:

 Lead and supervise the electrical and control/software engineering teams to ensure effective project execution.
Develop and implement scalable methods and procedures for software development and system integration.
Direct software development projects, including system architecture design, code review, and debugging.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Perform technical support and troubleshooting for control-related issues during on-site equipment servicing.
Provide technical consultation to project managers and customers, ensuring alignment with requirements
Evaluate electrical schematics and design documents for build-to-print and custom projects.
Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to meet current and future business needs.
Plan, monitor, and manage departmental budgets, headcount, and project timelines.
Ensure adherence to software and safety standards (SEMI, ISO, CE, UL).
Conduct formal performance evaluations and mentoring for team members.
Enforce internal policies, processes, and project documentation standards.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across control system applications and team operations.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in control systems, machine automation, or software engineering.
Prior leadership experience in managing software/control engineering teams.
Strong experience with equipment automation and control system architecture.
Familiarity with SEMI GEM Secs, equipment communication protocols, and industrial standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
Ability to manage high pressure situations and multi-disciplinary teams.
Organized, result-driven and capable of strategic planning.
Experience in managing large-scale automation projects and application development.
Familiar with SEMI standards (E82, E88, E153), CE, ISO 13855 and UL compliance.
Understanding system architecture to support platform scalability and reliability.
Proficient in C, C++, C#, .NET, ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
Skill in Visual Studio and modern software development practices.
Knowledge of both Linux and Windows operating systems.
Ability to review and debug software and firmware for machine control systems.
