Job Description: Engineer / Interior Fit Outs – Site

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. To supervise on-site installation of Nitco Terrazzo Tile, Concrete Tiles and Cast in situ on site Terrazzo according to drawings.
  2. Managing on site work force (Skilled and Unskilled Labour, less than 30 people)
  3. Plan and deliver project schedules.
  4. Client handling and meeting client expectations timely.
  5. Ability to read drawings and execute according to drawings
  6. Travel maybe required based on project location

Preferred Candidates:

  1. Experience in 5-star luxury buildings; Quality Interior Works are required only.
  2. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  3. Positive attitude and confidence to work independently.
  4. Problem solver that will deliver results
  5. Experience: Minimum 5 years

Education:

Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Interior Design

Key Skills:

  • Site Execution of Terrazzo Flooring Installation / Cast-in-situ Flooring
  • Interiors execution
  • Interior finishing
