Job Title: Sales Executive – International Marketing (Steel & Alloy Castings)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Director – International Business
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – International Marketing is responsible for generating international leads, communicating with procurement professionals across global markets, and driving sales of steel and alloy casting products. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Business Development:
o Identify and approach potential customers in overseas markets (OEMs, distributors, EPC contractors, etc.).
o Conduct market research to identify new regions and industry segments for castings.
o Build and maintain a database of international buyers and contacts.
- Client Communication:
o Communicate effectively with procurement managers and technical personnel to understand product requirements.
o Send company profiles, technical capabilities, and quotations tailored to client needs.
o Handle inquiries, negotiate prices, and follow up for order closures.
- Sales & Coordination:
o Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
o Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B platforms to promote company products.
o Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, or related field.
- · 2–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the casting or heavy engineering industry.
- · Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong command of English.
- · Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade regulations.
- · Proficiency in using CRM, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Alibaba, etc.)
Office Timing : 10.00 AM -7.00 PM
Working days : Mon – Sat ( 6 days)
