Roles and Responsibilities

  • Experience of Warehouse Dispatches
  • Knowledge Document Exchange
  • Knowledge of Bar Codes
  • Direct Dispatch from Port
  • Dispatch Plan to Warehouse
  • Proforma Invoice of Branch
  • Coordination with Warehouse & Customers for material dispatch & for unloading of vehicles.
  • Coordination with Warehouse & Suppliers for Local Material Pickup
  • Delivery Challan of Pune Branch
  • Maintaining Record of E-Invoice & E-way bill
  • Advance Request Creation for any advance payment received.
  • Sales return

Academic Requirement – Regular Degree (Required) 

Skills

  • Must have good command over written and spoken English , Marathi (Must
  • Knowledge of computers mainly MS Office is must
  • Good Academic 

Office Timing : 09.00 AM to 6.30 PM

Working days : 6 Days
