Job Title: Project Manager / Lead 

Location:Bangalore , Noida and Mumbai.. LOcation

Exp: 10 – 15 years

Responsibilities ..

1 Should be able to independently take ownership of project Solution development/ Delivery involving PLC/ DCS/ HMI / SCADA and must have a prior experience on project with more than 1000 inputs and Outputs in ICS/ Distributed system.

2 Should have worked with System integrator (SI) company in the past and have prior Experience in execution of Pre-FAT, FAT, SAT for the projects and be capable of supporting multiple projects as per the overall execution plan of the projects.

3 Good knowledge Network architecture/implementation. Hands on experience in implementing protocols (Modbus -Serial RTU/ TCP/IP, OPC DA/ UA, IEC 104). Any additional communication protocol experience is add on.

4 Good exposure to IEC 61131-3, IEC 62682 and other industrial standards that are applicable during industrial control system project lifecycle.

5 Should have prior experience in defining project technical requirements (HW/SW), Finalization of solution architecture and review of BOM to meet End user expectations of the project.

6 Should have commanding expertise in Controller selection, PLC Logic development, SCADA application development.

7 Should be independently able to generate and verify technical deliverables of the project – IO List, Interface lists, Functional design Specification (FDS), Panel Internal and external wiring diagrams, Alarm list

8 Prior experience to Software Development lifecycle (SLDC) concepts and a team player with effective verbal and written communication skills to plan and track technical deliverable of the project as per established engineering process guidelines.

9 Supervise and mentor Junior employees to ensure delivery schedules as per defined work breakdown structures and verify that projects deliverable are accurate to project requirements.

10 Experience with windows servers, Database queries (SQL), Report generation Tools, cybersecurity standards, programming languages (VB/C++), Scripting language and Historian will be added advantage.

11 Knowledge and experience in solution development for Safety Instrumented system (SIS)/ life critical systems is an advantage.

12 Should be capable of providing Remote support in resolving technical issues with project execution team or onsite technical support if required to ensure delivery timeline.

13 Prior experience to Metro BMS projects, HVAC projects, Substation Automation projects is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications / Qualities

1 BE and Masters Degree in Engineering

2  Good Command over written and Spoken English

3  Experience with Schneider Electric controllers (M340/ M580) and Citect/Wonderware is desirable

4  Large and Distributed System developers and Project Managers shall be preferred

5  Good Team Players and mentorship qualities shall be preferred.

6  Having TUV certification for Safety, Cybersecurity, CENELEC shall be preferred

7  PMP Certification Candidates shall be preferred

8  Should be willing to travel within India and abroad. Travel Frequency 10 days in a month or less

Office Timing : 10.00 A to 07.00PM

Working days : Weekly 6( 2 saturdays -off)
