Job Description

Designation: – Sr. Costing

Exp : 7 to 10  yrs

Location: Aligarh UP

Industry:  Automobile Industries dealing for die casting, sheet metal plastic parts and assembly Specialised in 2 Wh. & 3 Wh. manufacturing

Job Profile Costing Dept:

1.       Maintenance of Cost Records.

2.       Product Costing and pricing related working.

3.       Inventory Valuation RM, PM, WIP & FG & COGS Working.

4.       Monthly Labour Cost, Utility Cost & Salary Cost Analysis.

5.       Verification of Stores inventory on monthly basis and reporting on non-moving, idle stock in stores.

6.       Plant Costing & Plant wise profitability working.

7.       Performing cost control,

8.       Analysis of Bill of material, BOM costing, MHR working.

9.       Zero Based costing (ZBC), supplier and customer costing.

10.   Analyzing Product Design, Raw Material and Manufacturing methods

11.   Validate cost inputs for technical, sourcing & industrial.

12.   Work with cross functional teams to optimize product to reach set target cost.
