Designation :  Operation Executive

Exp :  5- 6 yrs

Locations –   Naffco India Office, Sriperumbudur, Chennai -Tamilnadu

Job Type : Full Time

Working days – 5 days

Office Timing – 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Gender – Male

Eligibility criteria. 

  • BBA/MBA/B COM / B.tech
  • 5 Years experience in company /project operations. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI 
  • Fluency in English, local language. 
  • Strong local connections. 
  • Ideal candidate shall be a native of Tamilnadu/Kerala

Job Profile: 

  • Process Improvement: Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and formulate solutions to increase efficiency. 
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., logistics, sales, engineering) and manage vendor relationships. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate reports, and present data to senior management. 
  • Resource & Cost Management: Optimize budget allocation, inventory, and supply chain processes. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all operational activities adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
