JOB PURPOSE

A Management Representative is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s quality management system (QMS) is implemented, maintained, and continually improved. Here is a job description for a Management Representative:

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related matters

– Ensure QMS compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) TS 16949 

– Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures

– Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions

– Lead quality improvement initiatives and risk management activities

– Collaborate with departments to ensure quality objectives are met

– Report quality performance to top management

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

– Strong knowledge of quality management principles and standards

– Excellent leadership and communication skills

– Auditing and problem-solving skills

– Ability to influence and collaborate with various departments

– Strong analytical and reporting skills
