Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at our textile manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining product quality, managing teams, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize textile production processes (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing)
- Ensure product quality and on-time delivery
- Enforce safety and compliance standards
- Lead, train, and supervise plant staff
- Control costs and improve operational efficiency
Experience –
- 12+ years of experience in textile manufacturing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
