Job Description
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for driving revenue growth across all telecom business units, including B2B, B2C, and digital services. The role involves aligning sales, marketing, customer experience, and product strategy to maximize profitability and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute revenue growth strategies across all telecom channels.
Lead sales, business development, and key account management teams.
Optimize pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans for telecom services.
Align marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
Ensure revenue forecasts, KPIs, and targets are met or exceeded.
Required Skills:
Telecom Industry Expertise – Deep understanding of mobile, broadband, enterprise
services.
Sales Leadership – Proven ability to lead large, high-performance sales teams.
Strategic Thinking – Ability to design scalable revenue strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Strong in revenue analytics and performance metrics.
Customer-Centric Approach – Skilled in customer experience and lifecycle management.
