REPORT TO : General Manager and CEO

Job Purpose/Objectives:

Production Manager is there to ensure that the production process runs smoothly and in cohesion with Sales. Additionally it is expected that the production manager operates as team leader with the rest of the production team in order to ensure an efficient output and the safety of the team.

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, to ensure the timely delivery of top-notch products.
• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and achieve production targets.
• Lead and inspire a team of production supervisors and workers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related challenges.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for enhancement and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Job Specification

• Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in telecom engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience : Proven experience in a production management role within the steel manufacturing industry. 7 years minimum
• Other preferences if any : Proficiency in production  management software, design software (Tekla) and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Accommodation : Individual single room Apartment- half an hr to 1 hr away from factory

Working days : monday to Saturday( Saturday 9 to 2)
