• Delivering expertise and application solutions to Customers and collaboratively working with Sales Team to maximize and extend business opportunities.
• Ensuring Proterial Specialty Steel products are correctly implemented and deployed, competitor conversions are maximized, and help customers recognize the value of utilizing Proterial Specialty Steel Products
• Recommends products and services that fit well with customer’s business needs by offering a solution rather than just the product.
• Prepares integrated solutions for customers for both Raw Material Grade selection as well as Heat Treatment recommendations.
• Troubleshoots, investigates, and resolves technical problems that arise during or after implementation-Mostly related to Die Failure Related issues.

• Fulfil total delivery of technical solution to end-customers to grow share of business at maintain, strengthen and develop customers

• Work together with the Warehouse Team to ensure optimisation is achieved on the cutting operations of big blocks into smaller pieces/Minimisation of scrap and cutting wastages.
• Responds to more complex technical questions regarding the products or Heat Treatment services
• Develops and delivers training to educate internal employees and customers.
• Develops test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components.

• Strong material related understanding –familiarity with international Material Specifications and their application in the Die and Mould and High Alloy segments like Aerospace/ Oil and Gas/Medical/Electronics.
• Can build effective working relationships with end customers to secure agreed priorities implementation

• Accountable to ensure successful opportunities and as appropriate products are technically applied in a first-class manner to maximize Proterial market share and profitable business

• Documents applied products and services performance and savings, whether successful or unsuccessful to ensure Proterial can develop and deliver the most competitive products on the market.

• Monitor competitors’ landscape and alternative solutions that can jeopardize Proterial’s business.

Experience                             : 10-12 Years overall ( Min 05-06 years of Experience in High Alloy Hi Tech Materials )

                                                  Heat Treatment experience would be an added advantage.

                                                  Preferred  background : Cutting tools (Iscar, Seco tools , Kenna metal , Sandwik) / Tool 

                                                  Steel (Voelstalpine, Daido).
